Will my insurance cover my visit?
At Lifespan Psychiatric Services we accept all major insurance and government plans. If you are unsure if we accept your insurance, please call our office and we will be happy to answer any of your questions.
Do you offer financing options?
In addition to accepting all insurance and government plans, Lifespan Psychiatric Services offers financing options. The terms of the financing options would be discussed at the time of your appointment.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Depending on the type of visit, Lifespan Psychiatric Services offers same-day appointments through telepsychiatry. Please call the office if you are looking for a same-day appointment. For patients that would like to be seen in our office, they will need to call the office during our business hours to schedule an appointment.
How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling our office at 850-999-2996. We also have included the option to schedule an appointment online! You will find the button at the very top of the page to schedule a new appointment. There is also the option of filling out the contact form. For the contact form, please give 24-48 hours for one of our office staff to reach out to schedule your appointment.
What forms of payment do we accept?
Lifespan Psychiatric Services accepts all forms of payments including all major credit cards and cash.
